This page will guide you through the enrolment process, ensuring a smooth transition into our NUS MBA program.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pre-Admission Medical Examination (PAME)<\/h3>\n

As part of the University\u2019s admission conditions, all incoming students (Full-Time and Part-Time) must undergo a medical examination. The University reserves the right to refuse admission or exclude a student from a course of study if the medical examination is declined or any prescribed tests are not completed.<\/p>\n

Deadline Compliance<\/u><\/strong>
\nFailure to complete the medical examination by the stipulated deadline set by the University Health Centre (UHC) will result in a Negative Service Indicator (NSI) being placed on your student record. Consequently, access to key student services such as exam records, transcripts, and course registration will be restricted. PAME and medical examination reports will have to be submitted by 7 August 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Submission Procedure<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. All students must use the attached NUS Pre-Admission Medical Examination (PAME) Form<\/a> and submit it directly to the University Health Centre (UHC).<\/li>\n
  2. Scanned copies of completed forms from external medical practitioners are accepted and should be emailed to preadm_med@nus.edu.sg<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Medical reports from UHC will be available 5 working days after the examination. No collection is required and your medical examination result will be reported directly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Validity<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Completed medical reports have a 3 month validity. Reports older than 3 months will not be considered valid<\/li>\n
    2. Only medical reports completed after 1 February 2026 can be submitted.<\/li>\n
    3. If students have done any similar medical examination previously, they will still need to get the NUS Admission Medical Examination Report endorsed by a doctor, and to email the completed form to UHC.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Requirements for External Examinations<\/u><\/strong>
      \nIf undergoing the examination externally, ensure that the submitted forms include:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Part I of the Medical Examination Form (to be completed by you, the student).<\/li>\n
      2. Part II of the Medical Examination Form (to be completed by a registered health physician.<\/li>\n
      3. Reports must be in English, signed, and stamped by the medical practitioner, with a validity period of 6 months or less.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Students Based in Singapore<\/u><\/strong>
        \nIf based in Singapore, you have the option to complete the examination at UHC or with your private medical practitioner.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        International Students<\/u><\/strong>
        \nStudents outside Singapore are strongly recommended to complete the examination in their country of residence. This medical examination can be done together with the medical examination for student pass application. Ensure that Part I of the Pre-Admission Medical Examination Report must be brought to the clinic, completed, stamped and signed by a registered health physician.<\/p>\n

        If planning to visit UHC,<\/span> student should complete their medical examination and upload to ICA at least 7<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0working days<\/span><\/b> before<\/span> their OSE appointment booking as these test results<\/span> will only be ready for collection <\/span>after 5 working days.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        University Health Centre (UHC) Medical Examination<\/h3>\n

        For a comprehensive understanding of the Pre-Admission Medical Examination process and the requirements, please refer to this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

        Female candidates should note that monthly menstrual cycles affect results of urine tests. Hence, you are <\/span>advised to complete<\/span> the medical examination five to seven days after the last day of your period.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

        Here’s how to proceed:<\/p>\n

        Appointment Booking:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Click here<\/a> to book an appointment at UHC (For new prospective students, select ‘Others’ then ‘Register New User’ to create an account on the booking portal. NUS staff and students may login using NUS ID or via uNivUS.).<\/li>\n
        2. The examination typically takes about 2 hours to complete.<\/li>\n
        3. Once you have scheduled a confirmed appointment, any payment made is non-refundable. You may change the appointment 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment date (please refer to the FAQ ), thereafter rescheduling is not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \nNUS UHC is located at 20 Lower Kent Ridge Road, Singapore 119080.
          \nPlease ensure you have an appointment before proceeding to the clinic.<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Operating Hours:<\/u><\/strong>
          \nMonday to Friday: 8.30am \u2013 12pm or 1.30pm \u2013 5pm (except Thursday, 4.30pm)
          \nClosed on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and University Holidays.<\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Student Registration<\/h3>\n

          Onboarding, previously known as Registration (Part One) and Registration (Part Two), is the formal process that marks the beginning of a student\u2019s enrolment and integration into the NUS community. Students can look out for the NUS Welcome Email from 8 June 2026<\/strong> onwards.<\/p>\n

          Incoming students will be able to access the NUS Office of the University Registrar\u2019s Onboarding Portal to complete the onboarding process after receiving an email invitation for registration. The emails will be sent progressively by the Office of the University Registrar (OUR). Students are to regularly check their mailbox, including the spam folder.<\/p>\n
