What were you doing before The NUS MBA?

I was in QA/RA, quality distribution management, consultation before starting my MBA. Since my MBA journey, I have been in Sales & Marketing and I’m currently a Commercial Effectiveness and Channel Manager handling Channel Efficiency to drive sales growth and instrument placement.

Please share your key achievements and leadership roles on the programme.

Firstly, I have a strong passion for sales and marketing, which motivated me to choose this specialisation and its modules. This motivation drove me to invest significant time in preparing for classes and completing pre-readings to maximize my learning. I actively engaged with professors and teammates on projects to ensure our presentations were the best representations of our work.

What has been the single most stand-out experience of your MBA?

It is hard to choose just one as I have so many unforgettable memories. If I had to pick one, it would be the marketing strategy project experience. I was part of an active and friendly team where everyone contributed and respect each other's opinion. I truly enjoyed the experience, and we remain friends to this day.

What advice would you give to other MBA aspirants?

No matter why you choose to pursue an MBA, once you're here, follow your passion. That's where every beautiful thing begins!
