Your Options:

On-Campus Housing:

Available only to full-time international students holding a Student Pass.

• UTown Residence (UTR)
• Kent Vale Residence (KVR)

Off-Campus Housing:

Available to all students.

• Keystone Residences @ Holland Village
• Self-source private housing

Quick Guide:

• If you are coming alone or with a spouse/partner: You may consider UTR, KVR, Keystone or self-sourced housing.
• If you are coming with family: Kent Vale Residence (entire apartment only) is the only listed option suitable for families. Otherwise, you should arrange your own off-campus housing.

Key Dates:

• 13 – 31 May 2026: Internal grouping / details submission
• June 2026: UTR application period.
• 30 June 2026: Kent Vale payment deadline

Things to Note:

• UTR and KVR have limited availability.
• UTR twin-sharing requires you to find your own roommate.
• KVR requires a full group, unless rented as a family unit.
• Keystone requires a group of 4 and a 12-month commitment.
• If you are arranging your own housing, do check the lease terms carefully before signing.
